No, all utilities are separate- Renter's Ins and Electricity are set up and paid to third party - Residents do pay water/sewer and internet to property however they are not included in the base rent price. Property has bulk internet through spectrum; however resident does have to contact spectrum for modem. There is no additional cost unless they wish to upgrade their service; resident then pays the difference to spectrum.
Yes we do offer elevators.
No - Parking fees. Parking first come, first serve. All lease holders are given a parking pass/sticker.

Yes, full size washer and dryer is located in each apartment home.
No door-to-door valet trash/fee. Property has trash compactor and cardboard dumpster on site for residents to use.
Our community does have an online resident portal, allowing residents to pay online, submit work orders, view and sign lease documents.
