How do I apply for an apartment?
You may apply for an apartment by COMPLETING AN APPLICATION available online or at our leasing office.
What fees will be associated with a new lease?
There is an Application Fee of $80 per person (1 fee per married couple), an Administration Fee of $175, and a Security Deposit as low as $200 (the Security Deposit can range up to one month’s rent depending on credit). All lease holders must be 22 years of age or older. Students must be post-graduate only and meet our standard leasing requirements (must have employment, etc. Refer to Qualifying Criteria) If I do not need an apartment for more than 3 months, is there a waiting list I may join?
Yes. Complete an application and our leasing staff will monitor availability for your move-in preference and will contact you once an apartment is available. What utilities are the residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for power through Duke Progress Energy. The City of Raleigh provides water and sewer services (this utility bill will be set up for you by the office and payable through our website with rent). Trash utilities will be payable through the website also. For television, phone and internet services, please refer to Spectrum for the various packages they have available. Is Renter's Insurance required for all residents?
Yes, all residents are required to have a renter’s insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000 general liability coverage and $20,000 personal property. Residents may choose the insurance company of their choice. Please instruct the insurance provider to have "CC Apartments LLC" listed on the policy as an "additional interest" or "interested party". Is my pet welcome in the apartment?
Yes, your pets are welcome at The Greens. A maximum of two pets per apartment are allowed and some breed restrictions apply. We do have a per-pet monthly pet rent and an up-front pet fee per pet. We also partner with Poo Prints to maintain a clean property. Is The Greens an organization of NC State University?
No, The Greens at Centennial Campus is associated with NC State University by lease agreement only and is not an organization or entity of the University.
